Set up systems and allocate/define accountabilities and responsibilities for key staff. Undertake Risk Assessments of currently used working practices. Ensure that the findings from the Risk Assessments are actioned.Verify that employees take ‘reasonably practical precautions’ to reduce road safety risks.Sponsor and enable appropriate driver training programmes.Monitor and audit ongoing performances, establishing a continuous improvement culture.
