Our Occupational Driver Assessments (ODA’s) identify individual driver risks and coaching needs.  We will quickly establish the skills gap and suggest training needs to suit. We can develop bespoke training packages that will reduce both company and personal risk.

Coaching sessions can be quickly delivered that are aimed at directly addressing areas of risk identified, thus reducing overall ‘training’ time and cost.

We use our unique system of "Spider charts” to analyse driving performance. We can quantify the overall risk of a single driver (or group of drivers) into a single number which help to track performance development and aids “target setting” at individual driver level.

On successful completion of training, the individual driver can be easily assessed and will receive a certificate confirming personal achievement. The certificate will grade performance as Gold, Silver or Bronze or Unacceptable
